OpX IQ ("we," "our," or "us") operates the OpX IQ mobile application and web platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. Please read this policy carefully. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you register for an account.
  • Profile Information: Job title, team, practice, profile photo, and other professional details provided by you or your employer.
  • Business Data: Production entries, expense records, commission data, payroll information, KPI submissions, and other operational data entered by authorized users within your organization.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you access and use the Service, including device type, browser, pages visited, and interaction patterns.
  • File Uploads: Documents, images, and attachments uploaded to the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate users and manage access permissions
  • Process and display business operational data as requested by your organization
  • Send transactional notifications related to your account and activity
  • Generate reports and dashboards for authorized users within your organization
  • Provide customer support
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Within Your Organization: Business data is shared with authorized users within your company based on role-based access controls configured by your administrator.
  • Service Providers: We use third-party services for hosting, data storage, email delivery, and cloud file storage (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint, Google Drive) as configured by your organization.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication with email verification, role-based access controls, and multi-tenant data isolation to ensure organizations cannot access each other's data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Business data is retained according to your organization's policies. When you delete your account, your personal account data is removed, but business records you contributed may be retained by your organization for operational continuity.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and personal data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
  • Request a portable copy of your data

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page within the app.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services configured by your organization, including Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and cloud file storage providers. These integrations are governed by the respective third-party privacy policies. We only access the data and permissions necessary to provide the requested functionality.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
